We follow certain criteria and rules in order to respect and preserve the conservation of our buildings. To achieve our projects in the best results, a multi disciplinary team should be gathered. To develop a consistent theory for a certain restoration project, the building is to be studied from different points of views. The building becomes the source of information, and all evidences of the building archaeology are gathered and brainstormed, the final outcome is evaluated and is then integrated in the concept of restoration.

For the development of a concept three points are generally taken into consideration:

2. The history and the different alternations through the history
3. The meaning of the building and its surroundings today and its future use
